Resumen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cien a\u00f1os han pasado desde la firma y jura de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Su contenido responde a las necesidades de una naci\u00f3n que sal\u00eda de m\u00e1s de tres lustros de autoritarismo dictatorial ejercido por un solo individuo y su grupo de \u201ccient\u00edficos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n La proclama de la M\u00e1xima Ley mexicana era, es y seguir\u00e1 siendo el asegurar el bienestar social de la ciudadan\u00eda; para ello los integrantes del Congreso Constituyente de 1916 hombres ilustres alzaron su voz en acalorados debates que tuvieron como resultados los 136 art\u00edculos que conforman la Constituci\u00f3n Mexicana. Dicho Congreso estuvo conformado por representantes de cada una de las entidades federativas de la naci\u00f3n mexicana, que fueron un variopinto panorama, al ser incluidos m\u00e9dicos, abogados, militares, maestros, actores, por mencionar algunos, que dejaron su huella en la historia nacional, que sin tener presentes sus nombres o rostros forjaron con sus ideas, con su voz y con su tinta la que es la M\u00e1xima Ley que rige el devenir de la naci\u00f3n mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Analizar el por qu\u00e9, el c\u00f3mo y el cu\u00e1ndo de la conformaci\u00f3n del Constituci\u00f3n resulta en un panorama esclarecedor que permite entender la situaci\u00f3n actual del pa\u00eds y sus problem\u00e1ticas, nada actuales y, adem\u00e1s, proporciona una idea del actuar que los ciudadanos deben de tener para una mejor convivencia y el pa\u00eds un mejor desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Este art\u00edculo no es s\u00f3lo una conmemoraci\u00f3n al centenario de la proclamaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, es una invitaci\u00f3n abierta a acercarse a la M\u00e1xima Carta, a conocerla, a analizarla y sobre todo a aplicarla. Pues como lo mencion\u00f3 el Lic. Jes\u00fas Urueta: \u201c\u2026Es preciso, urgente, que todos los mexicanos comprendan que la Constituci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo la Constituci\u00f3n, puede salvar a la Patria.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A hundred years have passed since the signing and oath of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States. Its content responds to the needs of a nation that emerged from more than three decades of dictatorial authoritarianism exerted by a single individual and his group of \u00abscientists.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n The proclamation of the highest Mexican law was, is and will continue to be to ensure the social welfare of the citizenry; to this end, the Constituent congress of 1916 illustrious men raised their voices in heated debates that resulted in the 136 articles that make up the Mexican Constitution. This Congress was formed by representatives of each of the federal entities of the Mexican nation, which were a diverse panorama, being included doctors, lawyers, military, teachers, actors, to name a few, who left their mark on the national history, that without being present their names or faces forged with their ideas, with their voice and with their ink that is the maximum law that governs the becoming of the Mexican nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To analyse the why, how and when the Constitution is shaping results in an enlightening panorama that allows us to understand the current situation of the country and its problems, nothing current and, in addition, provides an idea of the action that citizens should have for better coexistence and the country a better development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This article is not only a commemoration of the centenary of the proclamation of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, it is an open invitation to approach the maximum letter, to know it, to analyze it and especially to apply it.
